I was “In-N-Out” in an hour during a peak time (daytime afternoons) with my new tire. Phew! I’m glad. Unlike Firestone auto which gave me the runaround for several hours before I concluded I’d have to use a competitor’s services. Missed a day of work which I had to call in to deal with the flat tire. Discount tire took car of me though! Also got a new tire installed on a different occasion"

"We went in to get the tires checked on our daughter’s vehicle. The low tire pressure light was on. John determined it was low pressure in the spare and offered to fill the tire. However, when we drove around, Denise who was at the air fill station was not very friendly or helpful. Instead of greeting us with a smile and hello, she instead looked at the spare tire and said she couldn’t fill it since it was over 10 years old. I informed her that John the manager told us to have her fill it and to ask him if it was as ok. She begrudgingly filled it with some air and the tire sensor light went off. I thanked her for her service, she did not even respond back to me, smile or say anything. What an odd experience, I have been a loyal discount tire customer for over 20 years. I have never been treated this rudely by one of their employees until now."

I have stopped in many times with an "emergency" leak, inoperable tire pressure monitors, flat tire....you name it, they take care of it, even if late in the day and without an appointment.
