"I called to inquire if they offered carbon cleaning services, (which most shops do offer). The representative on the phone laughed at me and asked what carbon cleaning is. I explained that it is a common service on GDI vehicles and he laughed at me and said we don’t do anything close to that here. (Their website claims they offer various tune up services). It was very unprofessional and unpleasant, I can’t image how horrible the service would be if you actually spent money with them."

"I sued this shop in 2002 and they never showed up to court (so I won a default judgement) and they have not paid a penny since. They charged me for additional work as a result of their mess up and refused to give the car back unless I paid cash (refused to accept credit card as they must have known that they scammed me and a chargeback was imminent). I was in the Marines at the time and they really screwed me over, as I had to get back to Camp Pendleton and they held my car hostage unless I paid the ridiculous amount that resulted because they broke a part and felt I should pay for their mistake during a simple exhaust installation. I can’t believe this place is still in business."

"I recently had a very disappointing experience with amp performance parts, and I feel compelled to warn others about their subpar products and lackluster customer service. First and foremost, the performance parts I purchased from amp were severely underwhelming. I had high hopes for their products, but they failed to deliver on their promises. The parts were not as advertised and did not enhance the performance of my vehicle in any noticeable way. It was a complete waste of money and effort. Furthermore, the quality of the parts was questionable at best. They felt cheap and poorly made, lacking the durability and precision I expected. It was evident that corners were cut during the manufacturing process, sacrificing reliability for a lower price point. This is unacceptable when dealing with performance parts, where quality and performance should be the top priorities. Adding insult to injury, their customer service was abysmal. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, it was a difficult and frustrating experience. Their representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. It was clear that they did not value my business or care about my experience with their products. Overall, my experience with amp performance parts was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money on their subpar products. There are many other reputable brands out there that offer superior quality and customer service, so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your performance part needs."

"I think the guy I talked to each time his name is Chris. I moved here about a year ago and used a variety of performance shops in Oregon. Thankfully I haven't needed any performance services yet but the few times I have stopped by they have been extremely helpful and welcoming to my questions and concerns. Their prices are competitive for the fact that you get their custom and in depth experience but worth every penny. Highly recommend going to them for any mustang project you have lined up."
