"2017 Ram 2500. Had a Carli Back Country level lift, front sway bar and steering stabilizer put in. I'm extremely happy with the Carli products. However, the installation was not up to par. The drag link was left loose, one of my locking lug nuts was missing and many lug nuts were not torqued to spec. The emergency brake line was routed in a way that it interfered with the shock on the passenger side. I had to separately purchase a bracket kit from Carli to fix this. Lastly, the alignment was out on toe and caster. I picked this shop based on reviews but I'm not impressed with the quality of work."
