"The owner of this franchise is a cheap a** Quit doing the free cones at 4 o'clock even went to him and said it's my son's birthday. Can I just get him one free cone? Know was the response. The employees are nice and great. But the owner needs to get a life."

"I went in to order some food and the guy at the counter completely ignored me. He saw me then turned around and started stocking stuff as I stood there for five minutes. He never once took my order and so I walked out and left. Rudest experience I’ve EVER had at Dairy Queen and I will never be back to this location"

"I spent over $35 on one ticket and wasn’t even able to get two Ranch without having to pay $1.99 extra for the second Ranch. They are absolutely rude and charge you for every single thing they can."

"I was craving chocolate dipped ice cream one time so I came here. They are sooo expensive compared to McDonald’s! I wish they would lower their price. I wish McDonald’s still served chocolate dipped ice cream. I’m not sure if I would come here again. They don’t have good prices. It’s not really busy at this location. I guess I would recommend them if you love Dairy Queen otherwise don’t come here!"

"Please whatever you do, do not go here. It’s not safe and a health hazard. We were served raw chicken. We went the the drive thru and received horrible service, came home I ate one bite of raw chicken before even noticing. We drove back to show the rude employees the chicken they served us. The night manager Jacqueline was still incredibly rude and didn’t even apologize. Her other female coworker lied to us and told us Jacqueline was not a manager and told us Jacquelines name is “Diana” but in reality her real name is Jacqueline. I called the next day asking for store manager above Jacqueline, the store manager never called me back. I waited and waited and she never called. Such disrespect. I think we were served raw chicken on purpose. People die from salmonella and these employees at DQ don’t even care."
