"We ordered delivery. Pizza showed up hot, tasty and in advance of the quoted time frame. Italian sausage pieces were huge and tasty. Overall a great pizza!! Would definitely stop in out order delivery again if I’m back in the area!"

"I ordered the food and it was delivered to my house. So I did not get a dine in experience. I just gave it a 3 stars for atmosphere. Because it's what I rated the rest of the service. The food was good portion wise. The meatballs were a little overcooked. But the flavor, texture, and the cheese meshed well together. It is a little over priced. For the quality of food that we received. But I would still order again and give it a second chance."

"Called in my order on a Saturday night so I knew it would take a while to get to my house. Ordered two dozen wings, spaghetti w/meatballs and Caesar salad. I informed the lady who took my order (very pleasant) that I would tip the delivery driver his tip in cash. We received our order in less than 30 minutes. The driver sat our food on the porch, rung the doorbell and departed quickly. I tip extremely well because of superb service, so I called Rosario’s to let them know that the driver departed before he could receive his tip. She stated that she would contact him so he can come back. He never returned. Our order was $66.00 and I had an $18.00 tip for him. My wife said maybe he had other customers to deliver to and I thought maybe he thought it wasn’t worth returning for a few bucks. Food was delicious and hot, delivery service excellent. I just feel bad about the driver not receiving the his well deserved tip."

"DANGER!!! Steel wool in Rosati's Pizza from Maricopa!! I am absolutely disgusted and outraged to find this when taking a bite. It got lodged between my teeth and I had to carefully pull it out. I'm just thankful my 2-year-old son didn't get ahold of this. We called and spoke with the manager who said she couldn't refund us our order and could only apply a credit for our next order because if she offered a refund the store manager would be mad at her. She was kind enough to offer the owners phone number of who could have cared less. Not once did he apologize for the incident, kept interrupting, and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting a FULL refund after our family was too afraid to eat any of their pizzas. The owner's solution was to send a delivery driver BACK out to pick up the pizzas and only THEN would he be willing to offer a refund. We gladly accepted to return this food but would never expect to be treated so poorly for something as horrible as this is. It sounds like there definitely the mistreatment of employees and customers if the store manager is afraid to do right thing due to fear from her owner. I definitely want to share this story as people should never be subject to mistreatment in anyway. Customers or employees."

"So back in 1986 my aunt took to me a Godfathers pizza place in Flagstaff, Arizona and we ordered a Chicago deep dish. it was loaded with toppings and had an excellent crust. I was a kid at the time. I still remember that pizza today at age 52. I have ordered Chicago type pizzas since then and can not remember really getting a good old Chicago style pizza. This evening, I ordered one from Rosati's and BANG. This was the most impressive Chicago deep dish pizza I have had since 1986. It weighted a ton. It was thick, loaded with toppings to include cheese. I am not a cultured fella but I had to use a pie serving spatula to get a piece of pizza off the pie. I also had to use a steak knife and fork to eat this robust pizza slice. One piece filled me up."
