Domino's Pizza

"Man I never complain but my wife and daughter hats sausage pizza and I got 2 sausage instead of 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. When I call them back they sent a pepperoni and cinnamon twist and didn't even flinch!!! We're so happy for the great customer service and delicious food!!!"

"I want to give props to Harlan!!! I think he's the manager there. It was super busy, with obviously newer employees trying to figure things out. He was helping everyone and had a great attitude! He also cares about quality because my pizza should've been ready, but he told me it had a huge bubble in the crust and he remade it before I even got there. What a great employee. Don't let him go cuz he's an awesome employee!!! Thank you, Harlan!"

"Very clean inside, I'm very pleasantly surprised at how perfect my pizza was. All toppings were exactly evenly spread. The pie cut was Exact and the taste was great. I was in and out in two minutes. I'm definitely switching my pizza loyalties in Maricopa to this Domino's. A nice birthday gift to me!"

"Was yelled and cursed at by delivery driver when told my order was not correct in the hospital lobby (filled with people). Called the store and spoke with manager Perry and got the same attitude. Basically saying if your order is wrong, too bad. He was not helpful with any resolution. Corporate contacted. Hopefully situation will be handled. Try another pizza place. I know my money will never be going here again. Order number 1479. 11/28/23 2127 Update: 11/30/23 After e mailing corporate who then forwarded my compliant to the owner, Kevin, a solution was obtained. Shout out to Kevin who called me asap. I wonder what's going to be said to delivery driver and manager Perry?"

"Ordered $115 worth of food, according to the app they got it done in 30 or so minutes, not too bad at all. But, from there the delivery driver drove right by neighborhood and went all the way past Walmart. By the time he finished that delivery it took him another 10 minutes to get back to my house. So I called the store to find out what the deal was and after waiting over 5 minutes to talk to the "manager" said his name was Perry he basically said nothing he could do. He was very condescending asking me if I knew what an estimate was. To top it off the driver dropped my food at the door and made a mess and just swiped it with his shoe making a bigger mess. This was something I paid for and the "manager" hung up on me. So disappointing. Hadn't had Domino's in awhile and now I remember why. So beware hopefully your experience is better."
