"UPDATE: Post-remodel, their capacity and technology have both been upgraded, but the result is still much the same. Very very busy even with order ahead constantly turned off. Definitely overworked, being the only standalone Starbucks in this booming city. The drinks are both rushed and slow due to high order volume, the Order Ahead feature is shut off for many hours every day, and you're lucky to find sitting room inside most days -- or even standing room on weekends. Maricopa *badly* needs a second (and third) location to offset the strain on this one. They've clearly passed capacity."

"My coffee maker broke, and I'm an avid coffee drinker, so I panicked . I went to Starbucks, and I saw they have a Travelers box of coffee you can purchase, and I really appreciate that you can get coffee in a bigger amount and give you the time to remedy your own coffee making at home. This Starbucks has great customer service and is very professional. I recommend Starbucks to anyone who has a need for a little bit of coffee or a large amount"

"I have never submitted a review but it is extremely frustrating when you spend almost $7.00 on a drink and it's not right! My husband went to get me a drink this morning we ALWAYS request NO FOAM. Upon his return home I find there is almost 2 inches of foam in my coffee ☕...grrrr so I paid full price for 3/4 of a cup of coffee. On a positive note I will say this is an extremely busy Starbucks and the staff is always very pleasant."

"The last time I came here and ordered through drive through, the guy got my order wrong. He gave me a caffeinated drink when I clearly stated I can’t have that. He didn’t care; he just put in the wrong order and charged me for them. Another time, I had informed the cashier that I’m inside picking up my mobile order meant to pick up through drive through. I ended up waiting longer than thirty minutes then the girl said: oh wait the order was in our drive through pile. Well DUH, that’s why I told you from the beginning!!! She didn’t listen to me at all. I’m super pissed. What choice do I have though; this is the only local Starbucks I have ugh!!"
