"I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for several years as I live nearby. I just got an oil change today, and I have to say this team is always so polite and professional, and offer all-star service. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, fluid top off, and my windshield wiper blades replaced. The service was quick and simple and very reasonably priced. You will be very pleased if you choose to take your car for service here."

"When I brought my vehicle in and told the first technician that my brake light was on and that my vehicle had given me a low brake fluid waring. I was asked about a tire rotation which I agreed to and was told it would be $145. After I waited and was charged for the service I got into my vehicle and started it to have the same exact problem I informed the technicians and was then told they don't usually top off brake fluid unless the do the brakes, which is what I though they had done, however soon realized after looking at the bill I was charged for an oil change, overall inspection, and tire rotation which had not been what I stated to the first tech I spoke with. Very frustrated for paying for something I didn't ask for only to still have to pay more money to fix the original problem. Pretty unacceptable in my eyes."
