A bad review for the employee who is constantly meddling in customer transactions with other employees, speaking loudly and rudely to customers, and is never held accountable for his actions. And a GOOD review for, GARY and JOE, who reminded me today good employees still work here! And should be recognized!!!! Gary was very kind and helpful, and offered options I wasn’t aware of. Put a sock in the other guys mouth and give these other two some recognition!!!!"
"The parts department at this location is useless. Past 5 times I've been in there the customer service is poor. They tell me they have the part over the phone and I show up and they don't seem to have a clue. I can give them a part number and it will show in stock at that location and they tell me it's not in their system. Too lazy to do anything more than say they can find it. Give them payment information on a Friday for a part so someone can pick it up on a Saturday and they tell me it's no paid for."
