"Delicious food. I ordered the pork eggs Benedict and it was amazing. Hash browns were super tasty. Staff was friendly and very kind to get us drinks while we were waiting on a table. There’s not much in the way of seating so there was a bit of a wait. Well worth it though. Will definitely be back!"

"You have to come down and try this place. Had the banana bread, French toast. Oh man it was super good. Did not need a drop of syrup. Are omelette was light and fluffy cooked all the way through. Not soggy at all. I've never quite had one that good and it stayed warm the whole time we were eating. The ingredients didn't leak into the egg the way it sometimes can. And everything was proportioned well throughout the omelette. Their sourdough toast is real sourdough something that is hard to find here in Arizona. You have to get the side of sausage. I don't quite know how to describe it. It was simply amazing. Absolutely delicious everything I expect in a breakfast sausage flavor with the perfect texture. I consider myself a lover of all things bacon. The bacon strips are absolutely amazing. I think they are cherry wood smoked and someone took time to find the perfect ones. They're simply incredible. When I bid into the eggs benedict I literally drop my fork and just looked up and stared at my wife like my world had just changed. I'm coming back for more. That's all I can say. Absolutely! Earth-shattering. As for me and my wife, we have been here for the last two sundays and plan to come every week."

"Roots Eatery is different from most restaurants in Maricopa. They have quality, hand-crafted dishes made to order. There's nothing I've tried here that I didn't like. I highly recommend the Chilaquiles or Corned Beef Hash. Their menu rotates by season, so you may not have the same thing twice. My only complaint is that their seating area is very small and they have a limited number of tables. So if you're looking to dine in with more than 4 people, this probably isn't the place to go. But you could still order take out!!"
