"I’ve now installed 2 loopback harnesses in my 5gen Ram and my nephew’s 4gen Ram. Where were these harnesses when I was a kid splicing in to factory wire harnesses?? So clean and simple! Order took about 1-2 months for each, but well worth the wait. Did have to read everything and call a couple times to make sure I got the right parts the first time. Good speakers & good amps, now we go down the road in rolling concert halls. Great product!"

"Order R8026 made the original order 8-19-23. Waited until 12-8-23 and finally canceled the order it was successfully canceled, but now 1-31-23 I still haven't recieved a refund I reached out at the beginning of the month with a response of "file a dispute with your bank". That would be great but since the purchase was made over 60 days ago I can't file a dispute. I've continually reached out every week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week with absolutely 0 response. Kind of funny how their so willing to take my money and make me wait 6 months for the product I order and still never produce it, then not refund me when I canceled the order. I've recommended this company to many people before but never again after this, I guess I'll eat the $153."

"Ordered my harness 1 week after I bought my truck. I called to speak to them to make sure they had the plugs in stock to make the y harness. It's now 4 months past the original 30 days to manufacture and ship. I have reached out every few months to get a status update. 2 of those updates were "we are hoping to finish and ship by the weekend or next weekend. Well I reached out again a few weeks ago and just received a reply saying it should be in the next 2 or 3 months. If I don't want to wait I can dispute the charges..... I would bet the house that in 3 months it still won't show up. I wonder if it will show before my 5 year 100k vehicle warrantee is up? As a business owner I find it fascinating that they post on the bad reviews saying the website mentions supply and demand delays. That the costumers are wrong for being upset about an endless delay with no resolution in site. With constant misleading updates on orders....."

"Order R8364. Said it would take 5 to 13 days to receive harness. Over a month now and still nothing! They initially would reply and apologize for the delay but never give an estimated delivery time. I now get no responses to any emails or message replies. Definitely think this is a scam company who already withdrew the money from my credit card. They will lure you in at first and give you all kinds of assistance with the products you need..be cautious once you place the order..good chance you will never hear from them again. (Made several more attempts after posting to reach out to them. Still no response. Finally disputed it with credit card company since this is obviously a scam!)"

"Placed my order 9/1/2023 and received an email on 9/20/2023 of them apologizing for the wait on my order. They said that it should ship this weekend and that I will receive an email with tracking. For ordering a hand made harness in the US, that seems to be a good turn around time. I am looking forward to getting these harnesses! I ordered the 2014-2018 GM/GMC 8" screen base harness and the Elite 2ch T-Harness to make installing my under-seat sub a breeze. Now to wait for that tracking number. UPDATE 10/6/2023 I received my two harnesses in the mail and they look amazing!! Looking forward to installing it all this weekend. Thank you LLJ!"
