"called because i had a very low tire and they helped me within 10 minutes of getting there. my car wouldn't start and they helped jump out, got the tire patched and told me where they nearest Walmart was, across the street. i appreciate the help especially after a long day after work. great group of guys with wonderful customer service who helped jump the car and fixed the tire. wish i could say the same about the Asian manager. he needs to get away from working with people he has no customer service skills."
"Mason was remarkably patient & knowledgeable with answering all the questions I had pertaining to the issue with my tires. He kindly offered to check what the issue might be and then provided me with a solution to the problem. I have had nothing but great experiences at this location and would recommend it to everyone. Overall great experience, thanks!"
"Had been a good store until after the New Year. I'm not sure what changed, but I'm definitely contacting Customer Service or Corporate regarding the unprofessionalism of who I'm assuming is the Store Manager, Bryce. While I was at the location he was kind and professional. I had come in because my Passenger Side Wiper was hit off during the recent storms. I asked them to change both because the other was streaking the glass, so might as well start new, right? Unfortunately during the even more recent storms my Driver Side Wiper that they installed flew off while I was driving on the highway. I had called asking what could be done and their response was to bring the car back down. I was at work and it was storming while my Driver Side Wiper was gone, I couldn't even go to a store and manually place the wiper MYSELF at that point, and they expected me to come back. The worst part is Bryce is so confident that he blamed my mother and I for tampering with the wiper blade, causing it to come off. Why would I do that? In what world would I risk my safety during storms by tampering with either of my wiper blades or ANY part of my car? Sincerely, I will be going to other Discount Tires or other licensed service shops because they clearly care more about being right then their customer's safety after they've done work on the vehicle."
"**NOTE: THIS LOCATION DAMAGE MY VEHICLE** I took my Range Rover Sport to this location to have all four wheels/tires road force balanced and a new spare mounted to my spare wheel. Upon check in, I was given a wait time of 2 hours. After waiting 3 hours, my vehicle was done. Because the wait was an hour longer than estimated, I was then running late to get back to work so I quickly took my vehicle and left. Upon getting to my office, I then saw that the lower door molding on one of my rear doors was hanging off the vehicle held on by just a couple of the very small clips (the photo was taken AFTER I tried to secure it well enough to get home without losing it). Upon closer inspection, it was apparent that when the technician used a floor jack to lift the vehicle to remove the wheel, he didn't put the jack far enough underneath to actually get on the jack pad and instead lifted the vehicle from underneath the door molding and sheared off the mounting bracket (where the one structural mounting screw goes). As a courtesy, I called this store and explained the situation and gave them my information - after 3 full business days later, I still have not received any response. I can't drive around with a body part hanging off waiting to fly off down the highway, so I was forced to replace it ($138) at my own expense. This Discount Tire location is now totally untrustworthy in my eyes, did not even attempt to make the situation right with me, and I will never be coming back for anything. Thankfully, there are many other Discount Tire locations in the valley which offer trustworthy service and do not damage a customer's vehicle and then ignore them."
