"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The dude uses no basic troubleshooting to figure out your issue. Told me my car still has the same issue bc he failed to pop the hood. Only used the diagnostic tool and charged me an arm and a leg only so that my issue continues and after re reviewing turns out it’s something as simple as a a new battery. IF YOU DO USE HIM CONFIRM HES ACTUALLY GONNA OPEN THE HOOD."
"Took my car in bc it kept turning off when idle. 460 dollars later and the issue continues. TURNS OUT THIS GUY DOESNT EVEN POP THE HOOD TO SEE WHATS WRONG. HE ONLY USES HIS DIAGNOSTIC SCANNER AND NO BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING LIKE PHYSICALLY LOOKING AT ALL THE COMPONENTS."
