Whether it's for off road or just your vehicle that needs repairs or general maintenance, this shop is A+++!!! Being a customer oriented shop, they will definitely do all they can to take care of you and also let you know if they can't do something so you're not getting the run around. And it's obvious they're for the customer the moment you walk in the waiting area. I got a new truck over 6 months ago and reached out about installing a brake controller on a Ram 1500. I had the part just needed it installed. No questions asked they said they would do it versus other shops and dealers that make you buy the parts directly from them. Life happened and I couldn't install it however many months back. I reached out again recently and the same open arms welcomed me and got me scheduled. Matt explained that they weren't able to program the brake controller (although they would try) but would still install it. Less than a day to get it installed versus other shops and dealerships which needed the vehicle for days. Overall Matt, Karen and the guys at the shop were top notch. I highly recommend Modern Off-Road for any of your Automotive needs. And I'm not typically a sticker on vehicle person but I definitely wished I would have picked up a sticker for my truck. The customer service and being a local business makes me want to continue to support them even if it's in the form of a sticker. I will be back though on my next upgrade and you should too!"
