"This store is the absolute worst! ALWAYS A LONG wait. And if you're a delivery driver after their lobby closes....GOOD. FREAKING. LUCK! You're better off declining or canceling the order. They make you wait in the drive-thru line which is guaranteed to be wrapped around the corner, you'll be waiting for 30 mins MINIMUM. There is no high priority for delivery drivers, so you'll be missing out on a lot more money you could be making somewhere else. They hardly ever have enough workers, and the "large group" of their workers are young, teenage kids with absolutely no friendliness, good customer service, or even common sense. I FULLY...HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location as much as humanly possible"

"So this location has the laziest workers I have a son whom is on the spectrum I placed my order as I waited and waited I waited kept coming back in to see if my order was ready the workers are laughing and and talking just stating at me one worker says she’s waiting on her order as the other worker responded well she can keep waiting smh still I didn’t say anything to them giving them the benefit of the doubt I am now waiting 30 mins for my order as I’m watching many workers playing around and talking etc I broke down in tears at this point because my son was very upset waiting for his food again he is on the spectrum my point being is ever since covid it seems like many don’t care to work anymore these young adults act as if they don’t care what so ever about anyone else or there time etc to not even acknowledge a child who is autistic and continue to joke and laugh for 30 mins and not get a simple order done is sad I did report this issue higher up as this is sad we have to do better u never know what one may goi g through"

"This location is always busy since inside Walmart. So it’s not the locations fault that is always busy. Some employees are slow and you can tell they are just there for a paycheck because it’s McDonald’s. However, the reason for my review is to give props to Cadence. She was making the sure the customers knew it was going to be a long wait for their food. She was calling people out to make sure they were getting their orders right. She was assertive and she taking charge. She is manager material. No shade to the manager that was there but, It’s unfortunate that the manager on duty was not taking charge like Cadence was. I appreciate people like Cadence. Give her a promotion, she deserves it."

"Went to get some drive thru today and guy taking order seemed like he was distracted or not paying attention. Got home and my big Mac was missing a meat patty and the meat patty that was present was in 3 pieces. Thanks guys really appreciate the effort."

"Customer service is everything I love giving it and I love receiving it. That being said i order a coffee with light ice. I heard the cashier tell the lady that was supposed to be light instead of correcting it she looked at me and keep making it. I didn’t complain I just asked for a small cup of coffee because it was to light for my liking she gave me attitude and I have manners I say please and thank you. So I walked aways and I was upset so I went back and asked for a refund when I went back, there was another lady complaining about the same employee. They did not remove this employee even though she has two complaints."
