"Customer service starts with a No at this location. Walked in to have my check engine light looked at and was told no I'll have to wait. It seemed that the manager didn't have any additional staff on hand to cover to go outside. Just felt the reply was rude and could've been handled better by the manager, although I understand the situation."

Went outside and stared at my running engine as an employee walked by. I said hi, how's it going, they replied the same. When I said I was kinda rough, they stopped and started to help me diagnose my car, this person got two employees to come out and help with my issue, one of which potentially diagnosed my starting point. Turns out the employee outside was the district manager. She took the extra moments when she was leaving for the day, which changed my entire direction to the right ballpark area. They didn't do too much, put me in the right direction, had a product to go with it too.. Just great service, great advice and recommendations but phenomenal care for someone who needed the help.
