"I will never go back to this store again. Their cust service absolutely sucks, rude, and made some sexual remarks about my female friend. They are lucky my friend stopped me from going back in when I realized what they said. I believe it was the manager that made the remarks and if I ran that store he'd be gone and the other employee that was rude as well. I went to Brakes Plus and had my problem solved at no charge with total politeness and great cust service. I have used this O'Reilly's for years since I live just down the street but this incident has made me not want to use any O'Reilly Auto Parts ever again. Way to drive customers away you guys!!!!!"

"The battery I purchased from here died a little prematurely. I came back thinking it might be a hassle to get it replaced, but I was definitely wrong about that. Not only did I get a free battery replacement, they also installed it for me while I waited inside in the A/C. Curtis was awesome and I've never seen someone replace a battery that fast. Excellent service here!"
