"Where do I start? Lol. If you been here, you already know. The entire staff needs to be TRAINED by someone who CARES and LEADS. You WILL receive the wrong items, half of your order, food slopped together, uncooked raw questionable items, or food cold and soggy. If you go inside, run out. Lol. The staff ignores you, has attitudes, and do not care. It's disheartening. Overpriced for disgusting service and products. STOP SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION.... SO THEY CAN TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND MAKE CHANGE!!!"

"The location in Estrella ranch has gotten so much better. Thank you. Prices are high, do not go as often as we used to. 10 nuggets and fries 13.00 that is a lot. Unfortunately this all locations."

"Stop by here on occasion for a quick bite on my way home from work. I always order cheeseburgers ketchup only. Out of 7 times its been right once and that was after going inside and complaining about past visits. The manager/supervisor was terrible and rude. Not once did I ask for free food, i just wanted more order correct. The time before last had a pile of mustard, Ive had it all onions, no cheese. The lady i spoke to said they have young kids working at night and they know about the issuez. Wow thanks."

"Took a bite into my burger and it tasted weird. Looked at it and realized it was raw. I would recommend to never come to this location. Aside from the raw burger, whenever I would ask for any sauces the attendants couldn’t be bothered to place any in (repeatedly). I get that working fast food sucks, but don’t take it out on your customers."

"Very nice location in one of the nicest parts of phoenix but guaranteed cold old fries everytime. They make so many so they don’t have to drop them often. Every table was dirty and all the trashes full. Very lazy staff."
