Corrected the problem. Also put together a to do list of items that will need tending to over time. No hard sell. No fear tactic to get work done. I appreciate that. "Oddly enough, I was referred to the Peoria location, off of Grand, by another Wilhelm location in the valley. Car drama story short, '02 Nissan Frontier Super Charger parked for two years awaiting an engine swap. The team, from Gerson up front to each mechanic in the back (truly wish I remembered each of their names), took the time to walk through each issue as they occurred as well as option available. No one wants vehicle trouble, but when it occurs I want someone to shoot straight with me and stand by their work. That's what this shop has done for me, multiple times now. If we're not tackling the work ourselves, this is the shop I use and the one I send my sons to."

"Wilhelm did a great job of building trust with me. I highly recommend them and I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. I took my truck to another shop that I have used for years to help diagnose the source of a death wobble. The other shop fixed a component and made some recommendations of other things to fix and sent me on my way. It didn't work.... So I brought my truck to Wilhelm. They did their thing and found a bunch of other issues related to the death wobble that the other shop completely missed or didn't even bother to check. When they sent me my estimate, they sent it with photos and details of what the issue was. They also took the time to go through the rest of the vehicle and provided a list of other items that might need attention in the future. So far, a few days after the work being complete, it seems the death wobble has been taken care of."
