Went in for a new battery and my terminal was fuzed together and we’re not coming off he just came from working at another store and did not need to help me but he stayed and and got them off and put brand new ones on for me. me my wife and daughter would have been stuck there in the cold at 11 at night if it was not for him best customer service I’ve ever had!"

"I just had a bad experience with these guys. Two guys working at the counter, are completely useless. Too bad I didn't catch their names. But my dad has a commercial account with AutoZone. And I usually go up and buy parts in the same account. But the guys who attended me today. Were rude and useless. They will not let me use the commercial account. As if I were to be stealing it. I always provide a complete name and phone number and or even address. But these clueless representatives did not believe me. Like yes, having the account phone number along with the complete name and address makes it apparent that I am stealing the account. I will definitely never go to AutoZone again. Even though I always shop throughout the year at AutoZone spending thousands. I'd rather go to their competition from now on. Not only the above incident. AutoZone needs to hire better and more educated employees. I always come in and provide the exact part descriptions/ numbers I need; and most of the time they are clueless. Like I pull the part number from their website and then they go and ask for a year, make, and model of the vehicle. Like what's the dam point of their part numbers then. Time to go open another commercial account somewhere else. This is actually funny. The picture I shared here is from another person's review. This is the exact same guy who was rude to me. He definitely needs to be re-trained. He's a liability more than an asset to AutoZone."
