"love barnes & noble! however, after purchasing at the cafe & leaving today i was followed to my car by an employee & asked to produce receipts after setting off the alarm (i did not hear this). the employee was very nice & told me that they probably forgot to deactivate the censors at the cafe but it seems inordinately dangerous to encourage employees to not only follow customers out of the store but to their car as well! whatever they’re being paid it’s certainly not enough for them to endanger themselves. this is a horrific policy that could really harm employees"

"I love this place. It's a quiet and festive little haven that reminds me of the things that I value and bring me comfort. I enjoy this location the most in Tucson over the Foothills one. I enjoy the way this store is set up and it always feels lively and cozy. The employees are always fantastic. I will never stop supporting this company. I also order online all the time and I don't order from Amazon when it comes to books ever. I'm a 100% loyal Barnes& Noble fan for life."

"This store is very clean and has a HUGE selection of books, magazines, toys, games and more! Rebecca was very sweet and helped me try and find a Day of the Dead coloring book. I didn't find that specific one but I found a really cool one. I finally got "A Billion Years" by Mike Rinder back after someone stole it"

"The bookstore feels roomier and more open after their recent organization, very nice! Chairs are located around the store for quiet reading. The cafe on the left side of the store offers sandwiches and treats a long with a variety of beverages. Great, helpful staff."

"Great selection of books. They have a very nice kid area as well. They even did a remodel which is very nice and well laid out. Employees are very friendly. Also easily visible sections. PLUS they have a Starbucks inside."
