"Early on a Saturday evening, I came to find out that I was having an issue with my car. After sharing details over the phone, the gentleman that took my call helped me to narrow down the possible causes. Later that evening, I was finally able to get my car jumped, and drove it to this location. But I arrived about 20-minutes before closing. Despite the time, the gentlemen sought out to help me replace my car battery. Very soon into the process they came to see that the task was going to be a little harder to complete, due to a stripped bolt. The gentlemen became creative, improvised, and eventually solved the problem. They installed my battery, and finished the work 30-minutes after their closing time. They really went above and beyond to meet the needs of their customer. Thanks guys!!!"
