Texas Roadhouse 2075 El Mercado Loop, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650

"This place is, well, its something else to be sure. I recently decided that I was going to order some food from them and then go down later and pick it up. The wait was about an hour so we decided that we were going to wait inside. They handed us our food when it was ready and we had left. On getting home we had opened the bags and discovered that the food was cold. It made no sense because we were only about 10 minutes away. We decided to just microwave it and enjoy the evening. I starting getting my burger ready and I noticed that there was something white poking out of it. I looked at it harder and used a fork to dig at it. It was a maggot. It was dead but it was still in there. I decided to try to call but no one picked up. My family decided to just not eat their food and I had decided to prepare some leftovers instead. This was my first time getting food here because people say that its pretty good. However I decided to make it my last time here for the obvious reason. I’m all for eating protein. I just want it to come off of a cow."

"First time at a Texas Roadhouse. Very busy so had to wait even with a on line reservation .Food was quite good. I had the tenderloin. It was cooked a tad to much but not enough to send it back. Friend had a strip loin that came rare. He asked for medium. Sent it back but it came back pretty much the same way. I ordered a side of beans with no salt but they were salted. Buns come with meal and a sugar...maybe maple butter. For the price it was a good deal. Manager stopped by for a chat which was nice."

"This is such a wonderful place to eat. The food is amazing good and the service is great! You can choose to eay indoors or outdoors. Their prices are decent not tpo high."

"We absolutely adored the hostesses, they greeted us with a smile, and very welcoming. Shea was our waitress and she was amazing. We loved her. Upon arrival they serve does hot rolls with the cinnamon butter. That was delicious. It is full of activity and lots of people celebrating, birthdays and having fun. I love that they support our veterans. One thing I have to say is that our food could’ve been warmer, but it was still tasty. I WOULD RECOMMEND"

"The place was super packed when we went. We were taken to our table while the busser was still cleaning it, so they had to rush and the seats were wet when we sat down. Our server was alright, just a bit forgetful and not super attentive. Aside from that though, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly! Will have to go back on a less busy night."
