"After spending some time with our friend, we chose to get Starbucks, breakfast and coffee on our way out of town. We went inside and ordered, and the lady that took our order was snappy and managed to get our order wrong because she knew best. Half of our food was heated and the other half was not. I ordered a skinny latte and when she went through the list to offer me all kinds of sweets in it, I said no. I got my drink and it had vanilla stuff in it. A skinny doesn't have sweet. If people want to order skinny and add sweet to it, they should say so. The lady told us we were wrong and we should have specified each one. I have one of the old gold cards because I have been a Starbucks person from day one. I have never been treated so rudely. When I have ordered my drink, on occasion I do get asked do I want all that stuff in it. And I say no. I have never been told I am wrong. Our British friends are here visitng, and they walked away saying Starbucks is so rude. The store could use some friendlier people. Maybe they need to go back to training."

"The counter person didn't even know what your new drink was, she had to pull out her phone and look on your app to see what it was, not sure I even received the correct beverage. The cups are fire tho."

"It is worth to get out of the car to get my coffee as it always made perfectly! But when there is only one staff member taking/doing/serving the orders, it can take a little while when there is more than one customer."

"Two workers worried about talking (Strange it was the older one doing all the talking) three people in line waiting to order. Employees never said a word to any of us. I walked out of line after 5 minutes. Very rude, they must not need the customers at this location!"

"I'm not happy bout this review! I don't do a lot of bad reviews but this is just Soo sad! Got great drinks for the past month while visiting family and today I ordered a Matcha tea and it was mostly.foam, went back showed them she just filled my cup up with milk, didn't remake it just filled it up with milk! I'm sorry but that drink should've been remade!!! I'm Soo disappointed, My Starbucks in Florida would've remade it!!!"
