Iceberg Drive Inn - St George

"Just had a very unfortunate experience with a general manager, an older woman with a dark braid who was working drive through and the counter. After ordering drive through, we were charged and handed a shake (wrong) without our order being verified through either a name or the specific contents of what we ordered. We were then instructed to pull forward and wait for our order. After waiting 20+ mins, we headed inside to make sure that our food was still on the way. This particular employee (mentioned prior) first told us that we had not paid and that our order was not in the system. After producing the shake we were given (that we had not ordered) to show her proof, she then told us that we had messed up the entire line of cars behind us. This employee told me “at least I go to bed honest,” after I had insisted that she charged us for not only the wrong order, but had given us the wrong shake. This woman attempted to make us pay for our old order without reimbursing us for our initial payment, as well, until I pushed against it. Food was great. The customer service was the worst I have experienced, considering that I have worked in fast food for over 3 years. I hope that this employee is able to undergo some sort of customer service training, as this experience was totally unprofessional, especially in the case of general managers."

"Neat dinner. My only issue was the homeless guy who came and sat at my table to tell me his "issues." He was asking for money, but it seemed like he was taken back at my brunt honestly. I will feed you but I'm not giving you money. I gave him my fries because that was what he said he ordered and did not have the money to pay. I would have fed him, but his lies pissed me off. I literally would have bought his meals for a week, but I don't like lies. As far as the food, the few fries I had were good. The burger was good but very heavy on the onions and the"shakes" were very good. The employees were great. Very kind and helpful."

"If you’re craving a substantial burger and a classic drive in ice cream shake, look no further. These folks know what they are doing. Warning: the small shake would feed a small family!! It’s excellent texture and not too rich flavor ensures it’s enjoyable through every bite. The burger has crispy fresh vegetables and the meat is thick and real. I’ll miss going here now that I’ve moved!"

"This place is great, at least for shakes! I like my shakes real thick and this place hits the spot. The flavors were super on point, and the consistency was perfect. The shakes come out fast, but the sizes are insane. The so called “mini” seems like 20 oz cup. We got the kiddo size and were fine sharing it (2 ppl). Just be aware that the flavor is not included in the price, you have to pay $0.99-$1.25 per flavor, first one is also not included in the price."
