"Food was terrific but the service was slow and to top off my coffee, they charged me for a full cup. Atmosphere represented their name with old western movie posters, etc."
"Great food, hostess was not very welcoming and I felt like we were intruding by coming in so that's why the lower stars. Waitress was attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. Tastes homemade."
"Great little western-themed restaurant. The breakfast here was large portions and delicious. The sausage gravy was superb. Usually, if you find a bunch of gray haired folk eating someplace, it's probably good food. Such is the case for the Wagon Wheel. Old fashioned home cooking."
"What a great place for real homemade food. Everything was delicious. Savannah was our server and she is so kind, and sweet. Made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks again. We will be back"
"Headed to a ski trip, looked for a local place with good reviews, found this place. Excellent find. Just what we were looking for, simple home style cooking, no frills, nothing fancy, just an awesome place. Server was prompt, polite and accurate with our order. Food came out very fast. My eggs were cooked perfectly, my chicken fried steak was so tender, no knife was needed. Hash browns were hot, crispy and delicious. I ate every bite. She also brought me a small serving of freshly made jam, blackberry- delicious. The portion was barely enough to cover 1 slice of my toast, but when I tasted it, I understood why they dole it out in such small portions, because this treasure should not be wasted or used frivolously. All I can say is, skip the chain breakfast restaurants, when a gem like the Wagon Wheel is around, you won't be sorry. I highly recommend this place"
