He told me when it would be there and he promised it for Friday. On Friday he assisted in putting it into my Jeep. I'm very pleased with the washing machine. I've installed it and it works great."

"The experience was very pleasant and the sales associate was respectful of our time and needs. I dislike the helicopter sales people that hover over you and he was not that! We were looking for and found a dinning room table but the chairs weren’t to our liking. The sales man suggested we look around a see if something else caught our eye. After many looks and attempting to pair other chairs, we found the ones that we liked! The table was wood and built in Mexico. The pattern had the potential to have more dark then light which my wife didn’t want. The sales associate said, he would put a note in our file requesting the distribution center to open the three in stock so she could chose the lightest pattern available or not take delivery if need be.What he requested was exactly what happened at the Distribution Center. Fortunately, she pick the second one opened and was happy with the choice. (Happy wife, happy life) The customer service within the store and during pickup was awesome.
