"Love this store they have amazing deals. I grew up in the south so dollar general was a must shop. I'm glad we have one here now as well didnt know it was here until the other day. I went in found some amazing country themed things for my girlfriend and had a pleasant experience."
"Had several items and couldnt open digital coupons and couldn't apply phone the manager was rude not willing to help bypass or anything. There was a male cashier who was thanking everyone for the patience and seemed in better mood. I wished i would have had his assistance but i heard him a customer im sorry that will have to be approved by my manager, she yelled out cant do it so she apparently listening it was as if customers dont matter i had to go back on line after rudely being told to figure it out i told her i didn't want items i was clearly upset she said okay and i just paid for items i really needed at regular price!!! Omg i will NEVER go back worst experience ever!!!!"
"Was treated pretty poorly by an employee for asking a question about something my sister had lost there she reacted as if she had taken it herself and suddenly wanted us to leave quickly. Only reason it isn't 1 star is because the manager did try to reach out and get involved. She was kind and understanding of the severity of the situation."

"I've shopped Family dollar a few times for lidded storage totes. The prices for the totes seem to have gone up. However most items are comparable to other discounted stores but some items are priced too high. I can save more at other stores!! I don't shop there often. It's an alright place to go if you have priced an item someplace else and find the same thing for less at Dollar General. I like to price items first and buy from the store with the better price. Excluding foods, I don't buy foods, snacks or edibles from Dollar General."
