"I wish you could give something negative stars. From when my medication was called in to when I picked it up I could have drive to Pennsylvania and back. I’d love to have a job where I can avoid my responsibilities and leave early. I don’t even think I was able to leave early in elementary school…the teacher made us wait for the bell. The pharmacist could have named their price for the medication and I would have paid 5x the amount to get out quicker. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this pharmacy."

"I understand they are short staffed but maybe if they pay people a better wage they could hire more competent people. I have never had to wait so long at any pharmacy and now they close at 5pm???? And not open on weekends???????? Some people still work here in Mesquite and the only time to get there is after work or weekends. They don’t answer the phone no matter how long you wait on hold. Very disappointing that insurance makes me go here."

"I just moved to Mesquite and get my medication here. They are accurate with my prescriptions. There's a long line sometimes but that's due to pharmacists all over the world being on strike. Two people specifically that have helped me and are great is Rochelle and Claire."

"If I could give a Zero I would. Over the four years I have lived in town, the service at this store has been slow and I've waited up to one hour to pick up a prescription and/or get a vaccine with an appointment. Today was the straw and the last time I will shop here for ANY reason. I got a call from my doctor's office at 4:05 pm today that I needed an antibiotic. I waited until 4:35 to go so that the pharmacy had time to process it, knowing they now close at 5pm! When I arrived at the store, the drive-up line had approximately 12 cars in line. That's okay, I don't use the drive-up. I walk inside and head toward the pharmacy. I am told that the only option is the drive through. WHAT? So I go back to my car and get in the line that has NOT moved at all. I am in line for 15 minutes when I see a worker come out and start talking to a person 8 cars in front of me, then 7, 6, etc. When she gets to me at 4:57pm I am told they are closed now and will be open again tomorrow at 9am. I drove off angrily and quickly. I did not respond to the employee, she would not have wanted to hear what I had to say. It is incredible how incompetent the organization is in Mesquite, and always has been in my opinion. I understand that finding help has been difficult since 2020, but this is beyond unacceptable. I don't know what Walgreens is doing these days, but they have lost me as a customer in Mesquite and nation wide."
