"This is a nice sized Ace, but very overpriced. The employees are friendly, but I found that when I asked for the simplest/least expensive item I was guided to something more expensive and then told that "Although this is cheap, it's not very good." When I looked on my own I found less expensive items and wondered why they hadn't shown me those. Beware the low cost tool options. I bought a set of paint brushes only to have every one break. I was painting a small bathroom door, not fighting the forces of darkness, but they all snapped. It makes me leery of their other low cost tools. On the plus side, everyone who works in the key department is awesome and they have the best key selection I've found so far. For everything else, there are better places in town to get what you need."
