She was very professional, polite, courteous & very knowledgeable. When you have a limited time to shop around for flower arrangements for a funeral is not always an easy task - ESPECIALLY when you are from California! She made the process easy and if she had questions- she would reach out to me and made recommendations. Did I mention she is BILINGUAL! She speaks fluent English and Spanish! "Temperation flower shop had everything I was looking forward to decorate my sister‘s wedding, and it was available to rent for the weekend we needed. Claudia and her crew went above and beyond my expectations! not only did she make the flower arrangements but they Decorated the reception hall with chair covers, Table cloths, runners, Photo Booth and 2 back drops. It looked amazing, thank you Temptation Flower shop, for all your hard work."

"If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered bouquets this weekend for my wedding. Please know I had scheduled and reserved my date over a year in advance and had TWO in person consultations to make sure they knew what I wanted know that I had to contact them they never reached out at any point in time. I had to pick up my flowers Friday before because they had an event Saturday which is fine my MOH goes at 3:30 to pick up and they aren’t ready fine no big deal since they said they would deliver for free… they arrive at rehearsal and I’m in tears. They basically grab flowers from a pack of roses and tied them together poorly there were still thorns on all the bouquets I was so sad they attempted to fix the issue but my day of coordinator really did work on them making them closer to our vision and adding more flowers. Worst experience ever ..I added some pictures"

"Poor customer service! Never going to give my hard earned money to an inconsiderate business that it’s supposed to be making people feel special. I placed an online order before they opened, got my confirmation email. Called about 1 in the afternoon because I didn’t hear from the person I sent the arrangements to and didn’t have a charge on my card. They answered, I told them exactly that (nicely). They hung up on me. So I called back, lady answered the phone didn’t say anything for a minute, said hold on, gives the phone to another person who proceeded to say -the reason I’m calling is because we don’t have the items for your arrangement, and want to know if you want to substitute? Now I’m upset, said “really? You didn’t call me I had to call you and ask what was going on. No I don’t want to substitute, you didn’t have the audacity to let me know until it’s too late in the day for me to be able to find something else.”"

"I ordered flowers from Temptation flower shop online, when I saw the flowers it was not quite what I ordered. When I called the customer service was, great, I received a full refund for the flowers Ples they re-delivered the arrangement that I originally wanted at no charge! Extremely pleased , beautiful work, quality and freshness good, happy with the whole experience and the customer service from these ladies will make me use this flower shop in the frutaré !"
