"I've always enjoyed this store. Staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. The little blonde girl is always very cheerful and kind. Makes my day. But the man they've got working register now is really killing the experience. It's more than obvious he doesn't want to be there, and while I see the girl running around like crazy working, he sits there staring at his phone. Had to call him over to his own register to ring me up. Ridiculous."
"They need to change the store's name to Ten Below, maybe more. Generally the same items for a lot more. A prior frequent customer, now I go maybe 1x every 3-4 months. A pet peeve of mine is when you're checking out the cashier rings you up before the person ahead of you is finished. So your items are piled to the side, waiting for that person who's still trying to pay. Making them feel rushed to get out of the way. So costs up; customer service needing a tune-up."
"Danger Danger If You Enter And Walk A Few Aisles You WILL Spend Dollars Some bargains, and a few are really good; but some items are lower in quality giving you ($1) buyers remorse and a few areas (like perfumes) are not organized at all making for a real time suck to attempt. Was very pleased to enjoy a few of the grocery items and maybe enough to return to Dollar Tree just for some food items? Some bargains here."
