"Superior started our pool in October 2023, stating it would be complete by Thanksgiving at the latest. It’s now March 2024 and the pool still isn’t complete. We notified them of a leak in December and haven’t heard from them since. I understand things happen, especially in a family run business, but the lack of communication has been unacceptable. Hopefully I’m able to update this review in the future, but for now it’s a one star from us."

"Superior pools put our liner and replaced our automatic cover. We have now waited a month for the cover drum to be replaced. We have been told multiple times they would be here, with no one showing up. Texts and calls go unanswered. My husband and son both wasting a day off vacation to wait on them, on two separate occasions. Super frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Honest, quality customer service is the a thing of the past."

"I just wanted to give a shout out to Carter and his assistant for an exceptional job opening our pool this week. They spent over an hour cleaning, vacuuming and testing our pool to make sure it would be at peak performance this season. We have a copper ion system, and I spent all last summer trying to remove excess copper. Carter showed me how the system should be used, and he answered all of my questions. No one else has opened our pool so carefully, and we are looking forward to swimming once it warms up!"

"Superior Pools built our family an awesome 16' x 36' swimming pool this summer in roughly three to four days over a three week period. Multiple crews assembled the pool and 1200 SQF of new concrete patio space per our updated landscape design. Completing a project of this magnitude is not without issues, Superior Pools resolved all issues and concerns to my complete satisfaction.
