DICK'S Sporting Goods

"I stood at the sunglasses counter for 20 minutes before anyone helped me with 5 cashiers and a manager standing there. They then could not find the box for the sunglasses I wanted and gave me a different box. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or acted like it mattered. Multiple people then proceeded to cut me in line again with a manager and several cashiers working the counter. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a Sporting Goods Store. I would not recommend shopping at this location"

"Truck drivers, If you are delivering merchandise to this location do not show up early or at least be ready to camp out you will not get unloaded until your delivery time exactly as they do not keep enough staff for early deliveries, plenty of parking in back just don't block any docks, be courteous so others can get in for their appointment time. The good thing is your near places to eat and plenty of sidewalks to walk around on to kill time waiting."

"Pretty standard for sporting good store. They were a little slow at the register I waited 15 minutes at register to get rung up. There seems to be no one there that is willing to help or have knowledge of sports anymore."

"I rarely shop here, so this is the 2nd time I've been. The employees here were very friendly. They had plenty in every section of the store! So we didn't have to o searching when we needed our item. The pricing and selections were on POINT! I WILL be visiting them again. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because we didn't spend alot if time browsing. In and out! Other than that they would of got 5stars"

"Friendly employees. Always have quality brands. Would rate higher if they'd keep more sizes in stock. Seems like everything I always want they NEVER have size medium. Good store but the size thing is frustrating. The new VRST line is great."
