"Based on my experience here, this wasn't the best kid's museum I've been too. It was decent for the most part but some cons encountered. The dome theater was neat, but the quality wasn't that good. The video was somewhat "choppy" in some sections. Movie was a little over 40 mins, but could have been easily cut down to atleast 30 mins. Toddlers will find some of the movie "boring" since there are some talking parts that provide little interest to them. Wouldn't return for that again. For the museum itself, there was very little organization and major chaos everywhere. Children running around, barely any walking room in some parts, etc. In the tighter areas, there should be better, organized walkways for efficiently, vs people blocking, no guidance from staff, etc. For comfortability, there were numerous kids bumping into you without using any manners. The temperature inside was okay, but in the dome theater, it was pretty warm. Security wise, I noticed a lack of cameras in various places, specifically. Safety aspect and perspective, with the major chaos on weekends, the establishment needs to consider alternatives to bump up their security-related issues. Better to be proactive opposed to reactive. Price for entry wasn't that much which was a positive. Snacks are available and prices were pretty good. Wait time to enter wasn't that long. Customer service was fine. Would maybe recommend for a one-time occasion, but on a weekday when it's less busy. Side note for establishment: fantastic job on the mini train model set, with the movements, small details, sounds, etc. One of the best pieces there to see."

"This is one of the best science center we have visited out of the 150+ we have been to across the country. We loved how interactive it is. The winter wonderland exhibit they have up right now was so enjoyable! The aviation and aeronautic area is excellent! We wish we had more time to play and learn here! My only complaint is the toothbrush claw game by the end, I wanted to just smash it to get a toothbrush. No matter how you hooked the toothbrush kit when the claw got to the top it bumps so hard they just fallout. I give this a huge one star!!!! Five different people walking by told me that there is no way to win and they have tried 100s of times."

"Really enjoyed our visit here. I had two kids with me eight and three. There was so much stuff for both of them to do. They accepted our pass from our children's museum back home which was even more awesome. There was a lot to see and do for many ages. We came on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't that busy which was nice. The staff was all helpful and super nice. Some parents couldn't clean up after their kids but thats not the museums fault."
