"I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop. I filled a couple of small gaps near the eaves, and the problem disappeared. Thanks Brad, you nailed it!!! Wish I had called sooner!!!"

"Paid these guys almost $400 to double our flea population then $30 at walmart to resolve it. They also sprayed externally for spiders and we've never seen more. I didn't think it was possible to do the opposite of your job, but they pulled it off. HORRIBLE results. Icing on the cake, they gave me a "how to prep" sheet that said "Expect them for another 3 weeks before results, even foggers and professionals say this" yet somehow i finished it myself in 2 days. 0/5 stars. Please save your money and just visit the pest control section at any store. Trust me, results will be better with DIY."

They have always shown up and have gone above and beyond. They have come back if we have a reoccurrence and took care of it. "We hired Brad to take care of a spider problem in our ground floor apartment. Unfortunately 50 days later the spiders are still an issue. When my wife called about the continued problem, Brad mansplained to her how there was no way we still had spiders and that we were wrong. Mansplaining aside, we still have a spider problem and now need to hire another service provider. The warranty PEPC provided says that the service is guaranteed, which is inaccurate and misleading. Do not trust PEPC, as Brad will argue with your and tell you how you are wrong."
