"We have came here a few times and overall had okay experiences except for the last 2 times. Both because of the main guy that works there (missed his name). The second to last time we had a coupon and didn’t notice it said to tell them at drop off. So we asked to apply it during pick up and after being lectured about needing to apply it during drop off they finally applied it which was okay. This last time, we had another coupon and we told them at drop off like they bullied us to do, and then by pick up they didn’t apply it automatically and overcharged us. I won’t be coming back and suggest you don’t either. Like the other reviewers have said, this place is money hungry"

"Bought a vintage 100% wool navy pea coat that was heavily damaged by washing. I went a little out of my way to take it to this location where they do everything on site. I'm so glad I did. When I brought my coat in, the woman I talked to said the fabric was basically ruined. Disheartened, with nothing to lose, I just asked her to do your best. It was done the next day and when I came into pick it up I honestly expected it to look awful. I was absolutely floored by the quality job they did! Still had some minor creases, but not very noticeable since the coat is black. Nothing short of a miracle! Cost me less that $10 with an online coupon. I don't use cleaners often but the quality work and friendly service was astounding. I won't even bother to go anywhere else. Thanks Comet, you guys rock!"
