"I’ve had this company come remove stains from my couches before, and they are amazing! Today Phil was the one who I had the pleasure to meet. He really went above and beyond for me and I just want to say thank you. My son wet this sofa bed we have, and I had it outside to vent out. I had tried to remove the stain myself but unfortunately had no luck. (This sofa bed wasn’t part of their job, since I didn’t buy it from the place that I bought the couches from who sent them over today) So I asked him if I could personally request them to come another day to remove the stain from the sofa bed since I knew that wasn’t part of the job they came to do today. Phil didn’t hesitate to say he could do it right now and even removed the stain from a chair I had outside. It’s been a rough week and him doing that really meant a lot for me. So thank you!"
