"We have used Castle Carpet for years previous and gotten great service, but this last episode was HORRIBLE. The carpets weren't real dirty or smelly before Castle arrived, but after they "cleaned them" they smelled like filthy water. We have had another service clean them and we still cannot get the smell totally out. We will probably have to replace the carpet. We refused to pay for their "service" and they didn't gripe a bit. Makes one wonder. Beware. The response from the owner indicates we paid for this service. That is not true. No check was written, and the check number they referred to was written to someone else. So again, I suggest people beware of this company."
