"I've been holding off on a review for a year or so to give this place a chance at redemption, but time after time, they never fail to disappoint with their abysmal customer service and inflexible policies. It's hard to overstate how little effort is made to genuinely help customers. You're perpetually met with robotic, rehearsed statements on "policy" with no accommodation or community-centric, human understanding for loyal customers. Maybe The Home Depot will have better customer service? I'd recommend giving all business to Spence, where the staff and management actually think for themselves and about their customers."
