We had a new kitchen sink installed, 2 toilets reset with guts replaced, 2 bathroom sinks rest and replaced drain mechanisms. John and Ryan were our installers. "This is the best company in the area. They came to replace a blower motor on our furnace on a Friday at 3pm, and unfortunately didn't quite fix the problem. I called after hours and they sent someone back Saturday morning to troubleshoot and got our heat working again. The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and answered her phone after hours. They didn't charge for the follow up visit, and their pricing was very reasonable for the outstanding service they provided. After a horrible experience with another company (Pullman Heating and Electric) this was a breath of fresh air."

Living in Moscow, Idaho, you have to be really careful of Moscow Idaho is very own Voldemort and their businesses. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to find these guys. They came in, did their job and were super friendly. I wish more businesses in the Moscow area were as professional as these guys. When we do our house remodel and put in a second bathroom upstairs, I don't even have to think about who I'm going to use. It's going to be these guys hands down.
