"Magpie is truly an outstanding shop to visit in downtown CDA! They recently moved into a new location right off Sherman Ave. and it is truly an exquisite shop, absolutely beautiful! They have a great variety of merchandise that is top quality and almost all of it is made in the US. They have gifts or items you might want for yourself or your home and hard to find specialty items. I have had out of town company who wanted to take home items that have “Coeur d’ Alene” on them and they need look no further than Magpie. Elin, is always so pleasant and goes out of her way to help customers. Magpie is my favorite gift shop right in the heart of downtown CDA!"

"I was just in Magpie in Downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on SuperBowl Sunday. I spent about 15-20 minutes enjoying all of the goodies in the shop and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The owner stocks all kinds of eye-candy! While I was looking around, she seemed genuinely interested in me and I found her very friendly and personable, as always. I especially love the luxury soaps and fragrances, and I couldn't walk away without another 1 or 2 for gifts. (But then again, probably not!) Merchandise is unique and beautiful and I think there's something for everyone. Definitely visit if you haven't already. FYI - she publishes an e-newsletter on Thursday/Friday every week. I look forward to seeing it in my inbox - the perfect Fri-Yay treat."
