"Staff here were friendly, would chat and be helpful picking out pieces and assisting you shop. Lots of good sales periodically through the store, and owner is in there a lot and helps with pricing. I bought 2 star garnets, and they helped with a flashlight to look at color, they told me about the garnets, one was 25% off and one was a piece from the 1950s and was transparent so being old and rare was not on sale but the sales lady asked the owner and they agreed to give me 10% discount which is nice! And then I got a Helenite which was beautiful and also on sale! The lady who helped me was from that region and told me stories about having been through it blowing up. The lady who helped me, a redheaded lady, was the lady who helped me the entire time, she was super nice, patient, and helpful. Good experience overall!"

"We visited this place from out of state late September. I happen to meet the owner Lynn. She was very nice, extremely friendly. We bought some Christmas gifts and a one eyed witch for Halloween. The store definitely made a good impression on me. Fast forward to Black Friday. I've been looking for a product that I saw in her store. I haven't been able to find it anywhere, not even online. I called and spoke to Lynn and lucky for me she still carried the product I was looking for but only had 2 left. Lynn went above and beyond good customer service. She shipped the item to me, I had it my possession days later. That's amazing to me. Being the busiest shopping day of the year, she still went out of her way to do that for me. She very easily could have said, Sorry all sold out, but didn't. She remembered, she called me back, arranged my preference of shipping. It was on it's way bright and early the very next morning. This kind of customer service is a forgotten art, but not here. I guarantee I'll be back. I'll happily spend more money here. THANK YOU!"
