"She loves dogs and it shows! Made it very easy to explain how we wanted our dog's hair cut. Very thorough and reasonable pricing for the amount of work she did. Didn't try to upcharge us on things. Will definitely be coming back regularly!"

"They do such an amazing job! my dogs are a little anti social, but she understands how to make them feel at home. My dogs are always looking and smelling good when I pick them up! Prices are great as well! The staff is so friendly!"

"Brought my dog in for the first time and made sure when booking the appointment to let them know that my dog was really matted and I just wanted a clean shave. Upon picking him up I noticed he was bleeding, I asked the groomer Donnita and she explained because he was matted that her clipper got stuck and nicked him. She said this happens and that it will heal. I let it go, paid and still tipped her. I drove home, and upon getting home I noticed my trunk was stained in multiple areas with blood. I examined my dog only to find he had been nicked in two other areas which I was not made aware of. I was so frustrated and upset I cried and called the groomer back. She didn’t offer me a refund for the terrible grooming job, she just offered to pay for the vet bill if I decided to take him in and claimed she didn’t notice the other cuts. Fortunate for her I have vet insurance so she didn’t pay for anything. It was a terrible experience and I will never return."

"Such a great first experience with Windy grooming our Belly girl!!! We hadn’t been able to get our girl in to be groomed in a couple months and because of that our poor girl had some pretty bad matts in her tail, growing area and arm pit areas as she has such soft fine hair so it matts really easy if we’re unable to get her groomed. And Windy took care of those like a champ and didn’t juge us for them either when I told her about them over the phone after she saw Bella she told us that how I spoke about it she thought they were gonna be worse than what they were! We had a party coming up with a bunch of people coming over and Windy was able to get Bella in early so now she’ll be super pretty just in time for our party!!! Bella was a very happy dog with the results as you can see from the pictures I’m including! I included before and after pics. I was very happy with my experience with Windy and for this nervous Momma who has a very attached doggie to her Momma she put my mind at ease at how she interacted with my husband and I and how she treated our baby girl. And the fact that she moved her location from downtown Nampa to the corner of Greenhurst and Southside she’s now just down the street from us!!! I definitely will be returning with our Belly boo and recommending her to my family and friends!!!"
