"Last Sunday I stopped here out of convenience. The customer service was AWFUL!!! I thought maybe she is having a bad day. Then I went here again on Tuesday it was a different lady at the register her customer service was AWFUL!!! I work in retail and I was like wow what is going on with this place?? Family Dollar I suggest doing some training on better customer service. Smiling, greeting your customers, being personable etc... I am only 1 person but I will no longer shop here I will go to Stinker prices are about the same."

It's a discount store so you can't expect an exotic mall (like many of the reviews from older people prior to mine seem to expect) but they do what they are meant to and they do it well"
