"I have been coming to this store for many years and I think something has changed. I no longer have a bad experience here. The young man at the register that is always there is awesome. He saw I had dropped my phone and hurried out to give it to me. I am very pleased with the service I have been given recently."

"I have been using this pharmacy for a few years but sadly I will be switching. The employees are polite and I understand they're short staffed. But for the past year or so there has been a lot of miscommunication and back and forth over the phone regarding errors that I called multiple times to correct (incorrect birthdate and name on my account, which I don't even understand how they got changed.) This often delays my prescription pickup. There have also been instances where I received the automated call that my prescription is ready, and it isn't when I arrive. I hope they can be more organized in the future."

"Pulled into the drive thru at 6:45pm there were 3 cars in front of us NOBODY behind us. We pull to the window at 7pm they said sry we are closed we close at 7. Are u kidding me. I said nobody is behind us and we have been in this line for 15 minutes. The lady just walked away. I called the Blvd Walgreens and they said they would be happy to fill my prescription there. They just gained a customer. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again been a customer for 5 years and it just keeps getting worse."

"EDIT: 1 1/2 hours and still on hold to speak with the pharmacy. Best believe I'm sharing EVERY screenshot on your phone section, the longer it takes to get somebody on the phone. So here I am, an hour later, hour and 21 minutes and still counting to be exact; on hold with the pharmacy. How am I supposed to get IMPORTANT SEIZURE prescriptions taken care of if the staff is leaving people on hold and not answering their calls? You finally updated about your lunch hours. But this long on the phone.... Are you gonna pay my phone bill next?"

"Walgreens is one of the best stores that I've had to go fill up my prescriptions and to find the items that are the stores do not have I will continue to go to the store because of the cleanliness and the professional attitude here in this establishment thank you again I appreciate everything you do for us in here in Nampa"
