"Would not recommend. We have been going here for about a year, my puppies are 1 and almost 2 years old. Started with a good experience but has gotten worse. The owner himself has been amazing, nothing bad to say about him. Because we are full time college students we don’t have a ton of extra money or time. We end up usually taking our two, 40lb doodles in every 10-12 weeks. Every time I have taken them in, I have been called mid-appointment saying that I will be being charged extra than the original price. (I was already being charged anywhere from $70-80 each dog). This last time I took them though (this was back in December) my husband and I were harassed and shamed for not being able to take our dogs to the groomer more frequently because it took them extra time to groom them (which we already paid additional money for). On top of that, my dogs came home with multiple lacerations and no mention of it from the employee. This is the picture of the biggest one. Really bummed."
"He and his associate did a great job with my cat. She got bathed and a shave. Thank you so much!"
"Our first few visits here were decent, but recently we brought in our bichon for his 3rd time at this particular place and not only was his haircut uneven his bath seemed half a*sed. We were also charged extra for our dog being difficult to groom but we’ve never had to pay that or had complaints before at this same place. I paid $90 here just to have to turn around and take him somewhere else to get his cut fixed and have him properly bathed. Our dog was also there for 5+ hours before he was ready to be picked up. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning."
"I took my cat to get groomed here. I went to pick him up and he was not quite ready, but I got to see how gentle they were with Winslow. They also asked me to check him to make sure he was done the way I wanted. He looks great! I will be going back to Paw Prints for his future haircuts!"
"Jose and his assistant did absolutely amazing taking care of my Chloe today. They were quick, patient and so kind. They made sure that she was comfortable the entire time. I was going in thinking she was going to be a nightmare- Chloe hates car rides, she hates the vets, she loves people but does not like being in an unfamiliar environment. She ended up truly being so kind due to the nature of the appointment and the professionalism of the two of them. 10/10 recommend for cat grooming. Chloe was matted, and is a little overweight so she was having a hard time grooming herself, especially her sanitary areas. She got a lion cut, and it took less than 30 minutes to do so. I also appreciate that on Wednesdays they only take cat appointments- that took more stress out of the entirety of the situation."
