"Went for dog food and a very kind man donated a few bags of dog food that had been cut open accidentally. I've been struggling financially after having spine surgery so this was an absolute blessing to me and my dogs. Thank you so much for the blessing for my foster dogs. I will never forget the act of kindness."

"I'm literally going out of my way to stop and review the Fred Meyers off Thor and Freya in Spokane because they blew my mind! I was treated so very well I was only in there for about 15 minutes but I was helped and very pleasantly greeted and talk to buy at least four of your customer service people. Each one genuine and smiling and warm and welcoming thank you!"

"The meat counter service yesterday was horrible! The young fellow behind the counter should not be employed in the service sector...maybe fired! I asked for help after standing at the counter for at least ten minutes and was ignored since he was busy shredding crab and could not be bothered to help. I was the only person at the counter and requested help earlier only to be put off. Out of frustration, I searched and found an employee that was capable of helping. If this is the caliber of the employee that Fred Meyer has to resort to then I will shop at other stores with better public service."

"The workers at the store were worthless. There were lines to checkout, and they closed 6 of the self checkouts. It was a very frustrating shopping trip. The whole store looked like it was in shambles. I asked for help, and they would point me in a direction to find a product, but the product was not there."
