"I was in Spokane as my daughter was having Emergency surgery and I had forgotten my prescription I called one of Safeways' pharmacy to ask if I could get one 20 MG pill as I had forgotten my meds as i was in a hurry. I went and picked it up, went to the Hospital and on my way in I was going to take it. I opened the bottle and found that it was only a 10 MG of my med. I have been off 10 MG for quite sometime. Luckily I did have one 10 MG in my purse. I called the store as I was rather upset. I was told that they would take that old prescription off. I hope they did."

"This pharmacy is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with! They made an error in billing my insurance in April, but I didn't notice until I filled an RX in July. At that point they had no record of the RX or of ever filling it, and had to take a photocopy of my receipt. They signed the claim form saying my insurance should reimburse me, but then they turned around and billed the insurance that same day, getting more money for an RX that I had already paid for, and causing my insurance to deny my claim. It has taken not fewer than 6 separate trips into this pharmacy to get my money back, and even then they did not acknowledge the lack of training but put it off as an accident at the beginning. Awful service and even worse record keeping! Do NOT use this pharmacy!"
