"Usually a great office! Jeff is fantastic and has helped me a ton. Not naming names, but two of your workers whom I've spoken with on divers occasions are extremely impatient. I understand the workload you guys have is pretty hefty, but no one is assigned a job. You pick your job and get hired. VA C&P related questions are EXTREMELY impactful on mental health, physical health and general well-being. I hope this message, at the VERY least, can illicit some more compassion from the select few marring you guys' reputation. There is a reason that the Wichita office gets so much credibility and good press in online forums regarding VA/VERA. Please make the choice to be act more human when claimants are in obvious duress."

"I honestly can not say enough positive things about the way I was treated , the facility and definitely the staff . From the greeter who was up on his feet ,greeting me with a smile and insuring that I got to where I needed to sign in , the escorts who assisted me in getting me to the different departments I needed to visit during my visit . Actually they didn't assist ,they got me there by wheelchair. My physician , her staff are everything a patient could and should hope for. I hope all my future appointments and interactions go as well as today . I'm pretty sure they will because I could tell the people I met today are where they want to be and , rightfully so,proud of the service they provide ."
